Rent our clubhouse for: affordable wedding reception and party venues in Durham or for class reunions, business meetings, Christmas, birthday, or anniversary parties, dinner theater, and other functions. Ample parking is available. (This is a non-smoking facility.) Our facility is conveniently located at 7315 Guess Road in northern Durham County, approximately 8.5 miles north of Interstate 85
Monday through Thursday all day (8:00 AM to 2:00 AM) - $600.00
Monday through Thursday half day (8 hours maximum) - $400.00
Friday and Saturday all day only (8:00 AM to 2:00 AM) - $800.00
Sunday half day (8:00 hours maximum) - $600.00
A refundable rental deposit of $600.00 is due upon signing the rental agreement. This deposit guarantees your rental date. The deposit will be refunded within fifteen days after the rental date, provided the building and property has been inspected and found in satisfactory condition.

Our 3000 sq. ft. air conditioned banquet room, with dance floor, is equipped with twelve 72 inch. diameter round tables that seat eight people comfortably and fifteen 60 inch diameter round tables that seat six people comfortably which equals 180 people. We also have additional rectangular tables for head tables and food service.
A spacious covered rear patio and pergola complements the banquet room.
Our spacious warming kitchen, including a large prep area, commercial sink, stoves, refrigerator, and ice machine is ideal for catering your own function.
